  This locaction would be perfect if it was not filled with crooked management who pick and choose their employees and fire the others one by one for bullshit reasons when there is no proof. It's pretty bad when yes they should drug test the employees because both managers and quite a bit of the staff are high or tripping on another drug while on the clock food is devent but could be better and would also be nice if the people they hire actually go the training they we're promised to work in the position they applied for but that's too much to ask the management at the 1St Ave capriottis and their bug problem isn't a big apetite pleased either

  We visited from Chicago and were interested in some of their unique offerings such as the cran slam and the veggie cheeseburger. Unfortunately both were unavailable. Regardless, we enjoyed our order. There's another location not too far from this one, so Capriottis may not be such a unique experience to locals, but to travelers who are tired of chains such as Jimmy Johns and Panera, this was a nice change of pace. Give them a try!

  Great customer service! We got free cookies, and the manager is always friendly and always talks to us!! Great food as well! Love the chicken cheese steak!
